La Baita (Osteria)

It was lovely to be greeted Laura when we arrived at La Biata for the first time since it is under new ownership. The Valley is a small place. We know her from her days working at Three Desserts when it was at Bottani on Olivone.

Serving beautifully presented dishes in plentiful portions and with a clear emphasis on local produce, La Biata has evolved from being a great place for steaks to a great place to eat.
