In our opinion, Leftys serves the most delicious smash burgers in Lugano. They have a range of beef burgers to choose from, as well as a spicy chicken burger (which is out of this world). Expect to get sticky fingers when visiting as you'll be getting the sauce everywhere, but it's well worth it. We suggest to take also the fries as they're very nicely cooked here.
